Due to the nature of do-it-yourself (DIY) circuits and materials, I do not offer any kind of warranty.
I will always be willing to help you repair your build. Should you need help, please contact me directly through the Contact page.
RETURNS
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact me to obtain your return authorization (RA) number. In your request for return, please include the product name, your order number, and your reason for return. Please be specific in your reason as specific feedback helps me design better products.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return period is one week (seven calendar days) starting the day your product was delivered to you or to your trans-shipper or agent.
- A restocking fee of a minimum of 20 % of the purchase price applies to returns. If you return your purchase in its original envelope or box, completely unopened, I will waive the restocking fee.
- Returned products need to be returned in new condition.
- Return of products which have been used, opened, soldered on, dropped, broken, abused, modified, tampered with, or otherwise mistreated will NOT be accepted.
