Shipping policy

I generally ship within one business day of receiving your order. I will ship using the shipping method you select during checkout. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, I will provide the tracking number when your order ships.

I offer excellent shipping rates with Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS. Note that Canada Post "Small Packet" does not include tracking information.

Neurochrome shipping options

Note that the transit time provided is the expected transit time under typical conditions. Some services, especially those provided by Canada Post, take considerably longer during peak shipping times and other atypical situations.

Shipments made by Canada Post "Small Packet" are not insured. You use this service at your own risk. I will consider the package lost if it has not arrived within 90 days after shipping.
