Refund policy
Neurochrome has a two-week return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Fully assembled modules must be unopened and in their original antistatic packaging. Please provide your order number as proof of purchase. While not required, I would appreciate it if you would let me know the reason for your return.
To request a return, please contact me at tomchr@neurochrome.com. If your return is accepted, I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The return of products which have been used, opened, soldered on, dropped, broken, abused, modified, tampered with, or otherwise mistreated will NOT be accepted.
Customized orders, custom builds, and orders marked NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) are NOT returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
No Warranty
Due to the nature of do-it-yourself (DIY) circuits and materials, I do not offer any kind of warranty.
